Surgical Conferences

Now in its 34th year and its 5th year alongside CCR, the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) Annual International Conference will take place at CCR, as well as the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) Symposium UK taking place the next day. The BAAPS conference focus for 2019 is male plastic surgery, female genital surgery, body contouring, breast and practice management, with ISAPS complimenting the BAAPS agenda covering rhinoplasty. “For the past four years the BAAPS have co-located their annual scientific meeting with CCR, taking place at Olympia in London. This collaboration has enabled an increase in exchange in ideas between a wide clinical spectrum of practitioners, many of whose paths might otherwise not cross. It has enabled those BAAPS members seeking to develop their non-surgical practice an opportunity to meet with industry and understand the latest technological advances, as well as learn from experts in a wide range of fields. CCR has simultaneously benefited from the presence of the BAAPS scientific meeting, the largest and most recognised official aesthetic surgical annual meeting in the UK, drawing in the majority of UK trained and accredited Consultant Plastic Surgeons.” – Marc Pacifico, British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons.
